Synopsis:
A Dog’s Journey, an American comedy-drama film, is based on a novel by Cameron of the same name and forms a sequel to the 2017 movie A Dog’s Purpose. The plot follows the dog named Bailey who is living happily with his owner Ethan and his wife. Things turn happier for Bailey when he gets a new playmate in the form of CJ, granddaughter of Ethan and Hannah. However, things turn upside down when CJ’s mom, Gloria, arrives at the place to take her daughter away. To this, Bailey decides to set up on a new journey of finding and protecting CJ. How he finds CJ and what he experiences through this journey forms the rest of the story.
