Synopsis:

Bolden, an American musical drama movie, is based on the life of a cornetist turned key figure, Buddy Bolden. New Orleans-based Charles Buddy Bolden started his music career by playing cornet who later on invented and conceived a new form of music named Jazz against political & social context. Bolden had no records of his music left, being committed to Louisiana State Insane Asylum at the age of 30 and later diagnosed with acute alcoholic psychosis.
