Synopsis:
Tumbbad is an Indian fantasy horror film revolved around the historical period of 1913 to 1947, set up in a Pune’s village of the same name. The movie is the story of a young boy named Vinayak Rao who acclaims himself of his only talent, greed. When he discovers about the hidden treasure under a temple build for the first-born of a goddess known to create this world. While Vinayak risks his life to enter the abyss and obtain the hidden gold, the movie reveals whether he is able to obtain the gold & escape the consequence or faces the wrath of the demon god Hastar.
