Synopsis:
Aranya, an Indian drama movie in the Telugu language, is a man versus wild story with corporates on one side and nature lovers on the other. It revolves around Veerabarathi (Kadaan), a nature lover who grew in the forest and developed a bond with the animals. The environmental minister and a developer create a plan to clear the forest area for constructing a lavish township. While the township promises facilities of the future, nature lovers and forest people don’t buy this idea, leading to a warlike condition. Residents of the wild must stand against the corporates to save their land. The movie is also released as Kadaan in Tamil and Haathi Mere Saathi in Hindi.
