Synopsis:
Helen, an Indian Malayalam survival thriller film, follows a tragic incident in the life of a nurse named Helen and her hunt for survival. Helen gets trapped in a refrigerator inside a restaurant where she works inside a plush mall. Alongside her job, she is also taking IELTS classes to fulfill her dream of settling abroad. Though her father, an insurance agent, is against her abroad dream, her boyfriend Azhar is in favor. However, things turn the other way when she gets trapped leading all including the police to set up on a search hunt. Can they find her before it gets too late to find her alive?
