Synopsis:
Karnan is an Indian action drama film in the Tamil language. Set up in the Tirunelveli district’s suburbs, the story is touted to have been built over real incidents of the place. The plot follows a sword-wielding warrior who rides a horse and emerges to help conservative village people. A police officer starts torturing residents of the village and puts them through tough times. Thrashed by the cruelty, the people believe that a hero will come and save them. When Karnan arrives, people look up to him to save them from wrath. Will Karnan stand firm on villagers’ expectations?
