Synopsis:
Article 15 is an Indian crime thriller film that revolves around the implementation of Indian constitution’s Article 15 that prohibits any discrimination on the grounds of race, religion, caste, sex, or place of birth. Ayushmann Khurana, who plays the role of a police officer in the movie, is assigned a case of gangrape and murder as happened in Badaun in 2014. Unfolding the details of the case turns the cop into a protagonist who goes on a mission to eliminate any violation of Article 15.
