Kurukshetra (2019)

Synopsis:

Kurukshetra, an Indian epic historical war film, is a reinterpretation of the Mahabharata war’s historical epic in the Kannada language. Visualized as a viewpoint of, and centered on, the Kaurava King Duryodhana, the movie begins with the Kauravas developing animosity with Pandavas during and after their education & training from their common teacher, Duryodhana. The Kauravas challenge Pandavas to a game of dice to cause humiliation to the latter and Draupadi’s disorb. This sparks the enmity between the parties that ultimately leads to the epic war of Mahabharata that happened in Kurukshetra.
