Synopsis:
Licorice Pizza, an American coming-of-age comedy-drama film, visualizes a ‘70s love story between individuals having a wide age gap. Gary Valentine is a 15-year-old high-school student and Alana Kane is a 25-year-old assistant to a photographer. Gary falls for Alana when he sees her during his high-school picture day and starts approaching her. After initial rejections, Alana accepts him as a friend. While the two begin spending time together as friends, Alana finds Gary’s friend as a short-lived date. Not long after, both separate their ways after an argument over the age gap. Will they ever realize the love within and get back together?
